Chris obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from Adelphi University in 2011, where he participated as a division 1 collegiate athlete for the men's soccer team. He also received his degree in applied science/physical therapist assistant program from Nassau Community College in 2014. He is a NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist using a variety of static and dynamic assessments to identify muscle imbalances and maintain movement efficiency to avoid injury. He is FMT Blade certified implementing IASTM soft tissue tools for performance enhancement and improve patient outcomes. Chris is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) in which he applies scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. He gained valuable orthopedic experience completing clinical affiliations in subacute, outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation settings. He has special interest in chronic/overuse syndromes, sports-related injuries and postoperative orthopedic conditions
